A note to express our very warm thanks to all at Nostalgia. A pair of large Victorian combination grates has just been delivered safely to our home in faraway Cornwall. The fireplaces exceed our expectations! On-line purchasing is often an impersonal experience, but it's been a pleasure dealing with Liz, Nick and David, each of whom has proved themselves to be knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. We shall send you some photographs after they have been built in in a few months' time.

Your shop was our saving grace in choosing appropriate fireplaces for our Victorian house renovation. Your staff couldn't have been more helpful in moving different surrounds to match inserts and then again! In the end we have got the most fabulous fireplaces for the dining room and study of our house. You were also really kind and helpful in keeping the fireplaces we had chosen until we were ready to install them some months later rather than us having to keep them on site.
