Mid Victorian brass canopied dog grate in the Regency style supported by brass wolfhounds with rings in their mouths, and on clawed feet. The decorative cast brass domed canopy vents out of a reeded cast iron flue. Images prior to restoration. We currently have another dog grate with the same bronze wolf hounds but with a decorative cast iron back and no canopy already restored, please follow the link below to view this item.
