An unusual and ornate late Victorian tiled combination grate with a recessed stylized flower being the focal point of the frieze from that cornucopia and acanthus leaves flow. The canopy benefits form an usual bell shape. Complete with a set of antique tiles.

A substantial late Victorian cast iron combination grate with a panelled frieze and dentil moulding under the shelf, the floral motif on the canopy being echoed on the ash tidy. Completed with a set of antique Minton tiles with feature center tiles depicting scenes from Shaksperes plays, Winters Tale and The Merchant of Venice, signed by John Moyr Smith. Removed from De Walden House West Malvern.
