Antique 19th century Victorian Gold Medal Eagle Grate. This very unusual tiled grate has two large doors each side housing a set of antique tiles. Behind each of these tiled doors is a further three doors, the top door remains closed to act as the hood the other two can be used to close the fire when not in use. (all doors are present and working) Images prior to restoration. We currently have a pair of these available.
These tiles can be changed or moved into another tiled fireplace if required as we always have over 250 sets of antique tiles available. All our antique tiled fireplaces are delivered with their tiles already plastered in place ready for immediate installation.
